What's in the report
Your real price list. Every quote grouped by system, size and efficiency: min, median, max.
Where similar jobs got different prices. Same system, same size, same tier, prices more than 25% apart. Sometimes there's a good reason; the point is to see it before a customer does.
Where you sit next to public quotes. Compared against a few hundred US homeowner-reported quotes, only where there are at least five comparable ones.

What we ask in return
Fifteen minutes on the phone after you've read it, to tell us whether it was useful and what was missing. That's it. We're deciding whether to build this for US shops, and your answer is the input.
Upload your quotes
Customer names, addresses and phone numbers are not needed. Black them out before uploading. Files are never shared or published, are used only to build your report, and are deleted within 30 days of delivering it (sooner on request).
